Make payments as agreed
Delays in providing required materials may affect project timelines.
Payment terms are agreed upon before project commencement.
Unless otherwise stated:
Projects may require partial or full advance payment
Work may begin after initial payment confirmation
Late payments may result in project delays
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Reasonable revisions may be included as agreed in the project scope.
Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may require additional charges.
Upon full payment:
Final approved deliverables become the property of the client.
Naeem Sardar retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolio or case studies unless otherwise agreed.

GoHighLevel
Hosting providers
Automation tools
Analytics services
The client is responsible for maintaining active subscriptions to any required third-party services.
Naeem Sardar is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or platform limitations.
While every effort is made to deliver reliable services, Naeem Sardar is not liable for:
Business losses
Loss of revenue
Indirect or consequential damages
Third-party service failures
All services are provided on a professional best-effort basis.
Either party may terminate a project with written notice.
Payments made for completed work are non-refundable. Work completed up to the termination date may be invoiced accordingly.
